Brad Triem

Brad Triem is company employee number two. He attended Mankato State University in Minnesota and double majored in computer science and astronomy. He was the Network Manager for a large casino in Vegas before joining Art seventeen years ago in what turned out to be a mad escapade. Brad designed the Trinsic Cloud architecture which is often referred to as the ‘Matrix’. The ‘Matrix’ allows Trinsic support technicians to remotely and securely support our clients. Brad is also an avid developer, earning his dev stripes in the early linux days building MUDs (Multi-User Dungeons), and now develops and maintains the Trinsic Helpdesk PSA. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six kids either outdoors or playing board games.
