Jessica has been managing at least one full-time employee since a very tender age. She has worked for several large organizations, operating 90 to 600 employees while maintaining almost 100% client retention. Her passion is developing relationships, getting to know our client’s goals, and finding ways for them to become profitable and efficient as possible. Jessica is a bundle of energy like the bright morning sun in morning meetings with many night owls. There have been several unsuccessful attempts to ban her from coffee. She loves hanging out with her ninja warrior toddler and her hero husband on the weekends. She loves riding her bike, fast cars, and motorcycles, and all things vintage.
