Data Security Policy

Data Security Measures, Controls & Assistance Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Trinsic Technologies (“Company” or “We”) recognizes the importance of protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data.  We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer environments and data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

  1. Data Security Measures

Our security program incorporates appropriate controls and practices, including:

  • Access Controls: Access to systems and customer environments is restricted based on business need, role, and authorization. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel.
  • Authentication & Authorization: We use appropriate authentication, authorization, and access-management controls to protect administrative and customer environments.
  • Network Security: Customer environments are protected through network segmentation, firewalls, access controls, monitoring, and other security mechanisms appropriate to the environment.
  • Encryption: Appropriate encryption and secure transmission protocols are used to protect sensitive information where applicable.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Security-relevant activities and system events are monitored and logged to support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident investigation.
  • Vulnerability & Patch Management: We maintain processes for identifying, evaluating, and addressing vulnerabilities and applying security updates to supported systems and infrastructure.
  • Backup & Recovery: Where included in the applicable subscribed to service, appropriate backup, recovery, and business continuity measures are maintained to support the availability and recovery of customer environments and data.
  • Personnel Security: Personnel with access to systems or customer information are subject to appropriate security requirements and confidentiality obligations.
  • Physical Security: Our hosting infrastructure is maintained in facilities with appropriate physical and environmental security controls.
  1. Customer Data Protection

We implement security measures designed to protect customer data while it is processed, transmitted, and stored within our services. Customer access is logically separated from other customer environments where applicable, and access to customer data by our personnel is limited to authorized business and support purposes.

Customers remain responsible for implementing appropriate security controls within their own applications, accounts, credentials, data, and configurations.

  1. Security Incident Assistance

In the event of a suspected or confirmed security incident affecting a customer’s environment that 1) the Company is managing via a subscribed to managed service plan, or 2) is hosted within the Company’s infrastructure, the Company will provide reasonable assistance consistent with the applicable service agreement and security requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, assistance may include:

  • Investigating and analyzing security events;
  • Providing relevant logs or information reasonably available to us;
  • Taking reasonable steps to contain or mitigate an incident;
  • Assisting with restoration or recovery of affected services; and
  • Cooperating with the customer regarding applicable notification, investigation, and remediation requirements.

We will notify affected customers of security incidents in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

  1. Security Requests and Assistance

Customers may contact security@trinsictech.com to report suspected security incidents, request security information, or obtain assistance regarding the security of their hosted environments.

We periodically review and update our security practices to address evolving threats, applicable requirements, and changes to our services and infrastructure.
